Tumour profiling to guide treatment.
Somatic testing profiles the tumour itself to find the mutations driving its growth. Using FISH, sequencing and immunohistochemistry on one platform, our panels identify targetable changes in lung, breast, colorectal, blood and other cancers, so treatment matches the biology of the disease.

BRCA1/2 and inherited cancer risk.
Around one in ten cancers is inherited. Hereditary cancer testing looks for germline changes in BRCA1, BRCA2 and other risk genes that run in families. A result guides surveillance and preventive options for the patient, and allows relatives to be tested so they can act early on their own risk.

Tumour DNA from a simple blood draw.
Liquid biopsy detects tumour DNA circulating in a simple blood sample. It offers a way to profile a cancer when tissue is hard to obtain, to track how a tumour is responding to treatment and to pick up emerging resistance mutations early, without the need for a repeat surgical biopsy.

Track minimal residual disease over time.
Minimal residual disease monitoring looks for the small numbers of cancer cells that can remain after treatment appears to have worked. Using sensitive flow cytometry and molecular methods in leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma, it shows how deep a remission is and warns early of relapse.
